We operate as an out-source extension of your office and feel an obligation to perform in your best interests since we may be the first representatives of your company that the community will encounter. We operate using an open-book policy to achieve quality construction on time, on budget, and with the utmost integrity. Clients count on our experience with value engineering and cost savings suggestions in plan development knowing we keep their best interests in mind at all times. We meet with the landlord, visit the site to uncover any hidden surprises, and work side-by-side with the architect to ensure our work is as important to us, as it is to you.

We bid your job directly from the jobsite amongst the most qualified subcontractors and suppliers, all while striving to get the maximum bid coverage in the trade categories.  Our goal in all the major trades is to receive 5-7 subcontractor’s bids making sure that we are getting the most for your dollar. All bids are presented to you in a highly organized format called "The Bid Book" which can be easily understood by everyone in your firm no matter what their experience in the industry.  They become your property along with a digital spreadsheet that summarizes the bid book for your convenience. We give you a guaranteed maximum, not to exceed budget numbers per plan and technical specification.
 

 


Quality; On Time and On Budget

Our superintendents are experts in restaurant construction, building only restaurants nationwide. They understand the intricacies of building a quality restaurant and the orchestration that every phase of the construction process can have. Our superintendents are the first to arrive on the job and the last to leave, making sure that each day the construction process goes according to specification. Each week they also provide the owner and architect with weekly photographs, reports, and submittals to make sure each are up-to-date and confident with the progress.
